Privacy policy

Plumbers Mackay is operated by Potentree Pty Ltd, trading as DM Hive (ABN 41 612 874 316). This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Calls to the number on this site, including the caller's phone number, the time of the call and, where you are told at the start of the call, a recording of it.
• Details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, phone number, suburb and message. The form is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, which emails the details to us. Web3Forms may process them outside Australia.
• Basic website usage data such as pages visited.

How we use it

We pass your call and enquiry details to one independent local business in Mackay so it can respond to you. We keep call records to check the service is working and to resolve disputes. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists or send you marketing.

Access and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, through the contact form.
